- This session provides information on a framework and key skill sets for a "special kind of conversation" that has the possibility to provide learning, understanding, and healing between individuals and groups with opposing views. This skill is easily grasped and is especially useful in business, neighborhoods, families and entire communities.
- Special needs: Lavalier or hand held microphone for large spaces/groups. Ability to get close to the audience (rather than stand behind a podium). Pens and paper (two small sheets or note cards) for each person for a practice exercise.
