- I deliver basic information about Goodwill Industries that is sandwiched between several folk-style songs. I've done this for at eight area Rotary Clubs. It's been well received. My two 'signature songs' are Del Shannon's "Runaway" (complete with the high notes) and Gordon Lightfoot's "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald." I play both 12-string guitar and 5-string banjo.....but not at the same time!
- With audiences up to about 40, I'm pretty well self-contained. With audiences larger than that I'd prefer to use a microphone. Most preferably that would be a free-standing mike--on a mike stand. However, I CAN sing behind the lectern and use that mike if necessary. (I prefer to be "up close" to the audience.)
- Barry County is also in the territory served by my Goodwill. Calhoun and Branch Counties are also in my territory. So, I would consider calls from any of those counties. I would consider doing presentations to Rotary Clubs along the eastern edge of Kalamazoo County.
