- Larry Schlack questions the belief that all good jobs and financial success depend on a four-year college degree. Only 20% of tomorrow's jobs/careers will require a bachelor's degree. The program describes the other 80% which includes interesting, well-paying careers that we should be telling high school students about. Young people can be helped to assess their own strengths and career goals and then determine whether college is worth their time and money.
