For complete registration of each student, the Registrar
must receive a signed application form and club check for the
camp fee. A reservation must include a club check in order for
the reservation to be held. A club may qualify for the early
registration fee of $200 by sending a check (not refundable) to
the Registrar by June 30. The complete application must be
submitted by August 31. For clubs that do not take advantage of
the early registration discount, the fee is $245 and complete
applications must be received by August 31. No invoices will be
sent to the clubs and check must be made payable to Rotary
District 6360. Camp reservations are made on a first-come,
first-served basis until the session is full. Postmark of the

position for standbys as the session becomes full. THERE ARE NO
REFUNDS.
