Who do you call on in South Haven to serve over 1000 meals in two days and satisfy the dietary needs of 300+ attendees from up to 250 miles away at a Rotary District 6360 Michigan USA. Annual Conference? Jay Marcoux of Phoenix Street On Broadway promised me he would make me proud, and he exceeded the expectations of the Rotarians by delighting them at every meal with incredible sides, salads and main courses.
As my term as Governor of Rotary nears its conclusion, I will always remember how helpful Jay was in every one of the large events he catered over the past 12 months. Great food, great team, great fun.
Here's Jay at the microphone sharing what he and his team had prepared with 250 revelers just before the final night banquet at the Michigan Maritime Museum.
Thanks Jay! ... See MoreSee Less
